The scope of design requests typically includes but is not limited to:

• Complete functional flows (e.g., registration process, checkout flow)完整的功能流程（如註冊流程、結帳流程等）
• Main page designs (e.g., homepage, product pages)主要頁面設計（如首頁、商品頁）
• Feature module designs (e.g., member center, search system)功能模組設計（如會員中心、搜尋系統）
• Brand design systems品牌設計系統

The actual design scope will be reasonably adjusted based on project nature and mutual discussion.

實際設計範圍將根據專案性質和雙方討論結果進行合理調整。

The Designer shall deliver design results according to the agreed timeline, ensure design quality and professional standards, properly maintain materials provided by the Client, and comply with confidentiality obligations.

設計方應依約定時程交付設計成果，確保設計品質與專業水準，妥善保管委託方提供的資料，並遵守保密協議。

The Client shall provide necessary project information and materials, provide timely feedback, comply with intellectual property regulations, and make timely payments for service fees and agreed third-party service fees.

委託方應提供必要的專案資訊與素材，及時提供修改意見，遵守智慧財產權規範，並準時支付服務費用及約定的第三方服務費用。

The following third-party service fees shall be paid directly by the Client:

下列第三方服務費用需由委託方自行支付：

• Domain registration fees網域註冊費用
• Software and platform subscription fees軟體與平台訂閱費用
• Paid font licenses requested by the Client客戶指定之付費字體授權費用

Payment shall be made via bank transfer. Please remit to the following account:

費用以銀行匯款方式支付，請匯款至以下帳戶：

The Designer will issue an invoice upon receipt of each payment.

設計方於收款後開立收據或發票。

The intellectual property rights of paid design works shall belong to the Client, while the Designer reserves the right to include completed works in their portfolio. The Client shall not use the design works before completing payment.

已付款之設計成果的智慧財產權歸委託方所有，惟設計方保留將完成作品放入作品集的權利。在未完成款項支付前，委託方不得使用設計成果。

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, fees for completed work are due and non-refundable.

任一方得以書面通知終止本合約。終止時，已完成工作所對應之費用仍需支付且不予退還。

Both parties agree to keep confidential the contents of this agreement and all project-related information. This obligation survives termination.

雙方同意對本合約內容及專案相關資訊保密，該保密義務不因合約終止而解除。

In the event that service is affected by force majeure, both parties shall reach a separate agreement.

因不可抗力因素影響服務時，雙方另行協議。

This agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy.

本合約正本一式兩份，雙方各執一份為憑。
